What is a site brief?
A site brief has been prepared for each new housing site. They contain information and guidance structured to reflect the principles and requirements of the development plan. Each brief includes an opportunities and constraints plan which highlights key development and infrastructure considerations. These briefs should be used to inform future master planning and design processes.
