Children & Families Service Survey

Overview

Children's Services are conducting an employee survey to help understand your views on what is working well and what could improve. There is no obligation to complete the survey but your voice is central to understanding where we are and making plans about how the service moves forward. 

There are 24 specific questions to complete and there are open text boxes for you to add information in. All questions are optional. This will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Why your views matter

We have a shared vision for the service ‘to improve families lives by giving them the support they need, when they need it’. This is only possible with a skilled and supported workforce.

We all spend a significant amount of time at work, and it is essential that we all feel safe, supported and able to achieve the correct work life balance.
