Consultation closed - Many thanks to the 254 respondents who shared their views.

The survey allowed us to gather feedback from visitors to the area to find out the type of visitor to the region, visitor behaviours, and their view on the current visitor amenities in Midlothian.

The results were used to understand Midlothian’s visitor profile to inform the strategic objectives of the forthcoming Midlothian Tourism Strategy for Inclusive Economic Growth 2025–2030, which is expected to be published by December 2025.

The winner of the Midlothian Alpine Coaster tickets was picked at random, notified by email and tickets organised.
