Designing Services Round Your Needs at Our New Dalkeith Welcome Hub

Overview

We are moving Midlothian Council services, including Dalkeith Library and Arts Centre, into the ground floor of Midlothian Council headquarters, Midlothian House. This new welcome hub, where customers will be able to access a range of council services easily and conveniently, is due to open once works to the building are complete in 2027.

Fill in our short survey to help us design how we deliver these services in a way that meets your needs.

The survey will take between five and 10 minutes to complete.

Paper copies are available in Dalkeith Library and in Fairfield House reception. Staff in Fairfield House reception and in the library can also print out the survey in a larger or different font. If you need the survey in another format, please email communications@midlothian.gov.uk
